When I cam across this post from Viget's design blog, it was the first time that I heard from FOWD. I realise now that this could have been one of the best conference about web-design, and I'll make sure to attend one of these if it comes around Vancouver area. But in the meantime, and thanks to Carsonified, you can watch most if not all session that, like me, you missed at New York.
A lot of these presentations are really helpfull, but one that really caught my attention is about "Educating clients to say yes". This presentation gives you few tips on how to improve your relationship with problematics clients, and that is definitelly something I'll try to do in the future.
